01
Deductible
When renting a car, you will have to pay a sum of money for repairs or replacement of the car in case of an accident or other damage. This is called the deductible. This deductible is usually blocked on your credit card or requested in the form of a deposit before you leave your car rental point. In the event of an accident or damage to the car, insurance against damage (reduction of liability) covers repair costs. The amount of deductible set for you is the "first part" of the repair, which is intended to cover you yourself.
02
Damage insurance (CDW)
It is usually included in the car rental price. This means that the vehicle itself is already insured against various types of damage, but mostly at your own risk and therefore with some exceptions in the coverage of your car. Car parts such as windshields, tires, spare keys and towing costs, etc. not included in CDW insurance.
Important! The insurance does not release the Lessee from material liability for damages caused to the car interior and its accessories, if they have occurred due to the Lessee's actions.
03
Deductible compensation
Our Deductible Compensation product protects your deductible. When, in the event of an insured event (CDW), you are forced to cover part of the losses incurred as part of your deductible, we will reimburse you.
